We will 9/10 times send it USPS first class or priority. If this doesn’t work for you or you have issues with this, please get in touch with us prior to ordering for possible alternatives.

Unfortunately, we make these products with materials that can’t be recycled or reused via our quality control guidelines. We do not generally do refunds but don’t hesitate to get in touch with us, and we will take it case by case. (Damaged products are one example and of course, contact us asap.)

Just as mentioned above, this is case by case, but we will most likely not have you return it, seeing as we can’t resell it.

We don’t currently have gift cards, but we might in the future if enough people request this. We believe they would make great gifts for new moms, so if it’s something you are interested in, please let us know.

If you have a coupon, then use it, of course. Each coupon will have its own rules and restrictions. That being said, if somehow the total goes negative, we will NOT reimburse the negative charge and would recommend saving a coupon for your next order if you are stacking coupons.

We do sell on our website. Currently, we do not do custom orders online however, so fill out the contact us form for anything you can’t find online.

We are US based only. If you want to order outside of the USA, there may be some extra charge unfortunately, so contact us before ordering. We will find a way to get you what you want.

This depends greatly on where you are located but generally speaking, it only takes a few days for US-based customers.
